How can I create a link page template based on my site's home page (or another page on my site)?

1) Bring up in a browser the page that you would like to base the template on.

2) Use your browser's view->source menu option to view the source code for the page.

3) Copy the page's entire source code and paste it into a new text document.

4) Remove from the code any parts of the contents of the page that you do not want to have on your link pages.

5) Add the word #CONTENT# in the code for the page, at the position you would like your table of links to appear.

6) Save the new page with a name such as link_template.htm.

7) Log in to LinkMachine, go to "Change Settings", "Link Page Format". Under "Upload HTML Template", upload the file you've created.  Then select it from the three template menus on that page ("Main Link Page Template", "Category Link Page Template", "Submission Page Template") and click "Submit Changes" at the bottom of the page.

8) Back on the main admin page, click "Generate Link Pages".
