I install LinkMachine on my clients' web sites. Can I use my own LinkMachine account on a client's site? Or, if I create a separate account for my client and they later purchase LinkMachine, can I receive the affiliate commission?:

You can use your own account on installations for your clients; to use it on more than 3 installations you'll need to purchase additional site licenses. Note that each account has only its one e-mail address and password, so the login information would be the same for all of the LinkMachine installations that use your account. If this login information is given to clients, each client would be able to access the LinkMachine installations on all clients' sites.

If you'll be installing LinkMachine on a client's web site in the future, and you or they will be creating a new account for the new installation, and you want to make sure that their account is associated with your affiliate ID (so you will receive the commission should they upgrade), this is easy to do. Simply create a text file with the filename "affid" (no extension) and have it contain only your affiliate ID number (the number located at the end of your affiliate URL). Then after installing LinkMachine on your client's site upload the file "affid" into your client's "linkmachine" directory before creating the new account through that installation. Doing this will guarantee that the new account will be associated with your affiliate ID.
