How can I remove or change the category or status of multiple sites at one time?:

In the Site List, you can check the checkbox beside multiple sites. When you then choose a category or status from the pop-down menu for any of the sites that you had marked, you'll be given the option to apply the change to all of the sites that you've marked.

Likewise you can set the status of multiple sites to Removed by checking the checkboxes beside all the sites you want to remove, and clicking Remove All Marked Sites.

When you remove sites, they remain in your link database; their status is set to Removed so they are no longer displayed in your link directory. To completely delete sites from your LinkMachine database (which can be useful if LinkMachine is slowing down due to the number of sites in its database), set Show to Status: Removed. You can then check the checkbox beside each site you wish to delete, and click Delete All Marked Sites.

You can check the checkboxes beside all of the sites shown at one time in the Site List, by checking the topmost box, in the header line beside "Site (click to view)". To apply changes to the maximum number of sites at one time, you can increase the number of sites shown at once in the Site List, by changing the Site List: Number of Sites Per Page on the Interface Settings page.
