When the URL for linkmachine.php for a LinkMachine installation is changed (under Site Settings), sometimes this will result in that one installation being counted more than once in the list of installations associated with your account, and so that one installation will use up more than one site license. This can cause the installation to be listed multiple times in the Site Manager, and can prevent you from making use of all your site licenses, because more than one is taken up by the same installation.
If this is the case, log in to one of your other LinkMachine installations. Go to the Site Manager and click the X in the Remove column for any LinkMachine installation(s) for which you have recently changed the URL for linkmachine.php. Don't worry about removing the wrong one; any LinkMachine installations you remove here will be returned to the list the next time you use that installation.
After freeing up a site license in this way, you should be able to log into all of your LinkMachine installations.
