I have purchased an upgrade but my account hasn't been upgraded yet. When will it be upgraded?

If your PayPal or StromPay account is associated with a checking account rather than a credit card, a payment made from that account takes several business days to process, just as if it were a check being deposited. IN that case your payment should go through within the next five days, and your upgrade will be completed automatically at that time.

If that is not the case, please send an e-mail via this page and include your LinkMachine account e-mail address and the e-mail address of the PayPal or StormPay account used to make the payment.
