How can I copy my links from one LinkMachine installation to another?

First output your list of links from the first LinkMachine installation as a .csv text file, by going to Change Settings, Backup Data and following the instructions under Export Category Data To .csv Format File.

Then open this .csv file in a text editor or in a spreadsheet program such as Excel. Delete the lines that have their status (the value in row 10) set to "31", "32", "33", "34", or "35". These are all of the InstantLinks; to work correctly, InstantLinks cannot be copied over and must be set up from scratch on each new LinkMachine installation. Save the .csv file after making these changes.

Now import the links from the .csv file into your new LinkMachine installation by going to Add Sites to the List, selecting Add the links from a .csv file and following the instructions that are given.

The links will be imported with the status values that they had in your original LinkMachine installation, so for example if you would like to send new link exchange invitations to the sites that have been imported with the status Link Exchange Complete, you would first need to set the status of these sites to E-mail Not Yet Sent.
